Vervaunt as a B Corp
In July 2024, Vervaunt became a certified B Corp, reflecting our commitment to balancing our focus on people and the planet with profit. B Corp certification holds agencies to high standards of social and environmental responsibility, and for Vervaunt, it formalises values that were always prioritised - putting our team and clients first.
Throughout the certification process, we introduced several key initiatives, including an e-waste disposal policy, sustainable home working practices, and a corporate travel policy aimed at reducing our environmental impact. We’ve also prioritised team well-being with gender pay equity analysis, flu vaccine vouchers, and a breastfeeding-at-work policy.
Being a B Corp is about holding ourselves to higher standards. It means we’re committed to growing responsibly and making a positive impact on our team, clients, and the environment. Looking ahead, we’ll continue these efforts as we work toward recertification in 2027.
